Weekly Update Sept. 14 – Sept. 18
Preschoolers -
They made school buses which are
hanging up in the hallway by their classroom. We did a self-portrait
assessment; we will keep those for conference time. We began working on the EZ
write strokes, tall line down and short line down. We did our Square1 Art
project.
Pre-K –
Vehicle shape collages were made and
we also raced cars down a tube to see how far they would go. They made school
buses which are hanging up in the hallway by their classroom. We did a self-portrait
assessment; we will keep those for conference time. We began working on
the EZ write strokes, tall line down and short line down. We did our
Square1 Art project. All-day kids also
cut and pasted yellow pictures from magazines.
Important info:
Parent pick-up; please make sure you
are parked in between the cones when you come to the door to get your child.
You may also park on the west side of the church and walk up to the doors to
get your child if you do not want to wait in line.
I have heard reports of lice in the
community. Please be alert and check your children frequently.

September 29th. Online order code is H4MGG
All-Day Pre-K: If possible, please
provide an ice pack in their lunch box. We are finding that we don’t always
have room in the fridge for all of the lunch boxes. Your child is also welcome to
bring a small blanket for rest time.
Coming Up Next Week 9/21 – 9/25:
Picture Day!! Tuesday and
Wednesday–During class times.
